Something weird is happening and I cant for the life of me figure it out. Internet is running very slow and I have tried all the options on the list to fix the issue including reformat but none have worked.

-Checked drivers.
-Scanned for viruses.
-removed anti virus.
-closed most running taskes in task manager
-flushing the dns with cmd
-running netsh reset commands
-changing dns servers
-using a different wifi hardware adapter

-installed motherboard network drivers
Its still slow. My usual speed with the internet here is 80 mbps but im only getting 8, this happening before aswell. any solutions? almost want to take a peek in wireshark as it was recommended by some other guy to use it. but thats my last option.....
