Internet Downloading Breaks Every few hours

I'm trying to get files from my work place to my home computer, and I got a RS Premium, so I uploaded my files to RS.com. Then when I was home, I downloaded them again. The file is 1 GB, but aftre dwonloading 500 MB, my whole internet downloading speed became 0 kb/s (I use IDM Free Version)

So then I tried downloading a test files from other websites, and they all didnt work. They worked again after I restarted my PC, but its becomming annoying. I've tryed disabling IDM again, but that didnt help.

I'm using FireFox v3.5.1 at home, IE at work

Turn off your firewall and then try downloading the file.
Also, download this folder and run all the files to clean the internet junk.
