"Internet Explorer has stopped working" error

Recently IE (11-64bit) has frequently come up with the message "Internet Explorer has stopped working" with some web sites. As an example, it does so consistently with www.w3schools.com/css. There may be other pages that do this consistently but this is the only one I have noted to be consistent. Other pages function as expected.
I have uninstalled IE11 and re-installed it, but his does not solve the problem.

Other than for this issue my PC appears to be working OK. Virus and other malware checks show a clean machine.

Windows 7 - 64bit - updated regularly.

Not sure which Security suite you have installed please fill in the blank,
Also see what this does,
Use No Add-ons mode/ Click the Start button and type in the search box,
Internet explorer

Click on the suggestion (No Add-ons) or it’s located at,
Start/ All programs/ Accessories folder/ System tools folder/ No add-ons.

Solved - seems to be the Google toolbar but it's odd as it was fine until recently.

Google toolbar comes with at least two other built in add-ons,
One is an updater and the other is a link helper,
Some have said it also has a DOS add-on but I never saw any hint of it,
But when issues arise Uninstalling and re-installing g-toolbar might cure any dysfunction or conflict,
I used g-toolbar for ever but have learned to live without it because ie10 came with a okay spell checker built in so the toolbar was obsolete because that was about all I used,
