Internet explorer keeps crashing

I have a Samsung N145 JPO2 netbook. I've had it approx 5 weeks. By mistake I deleted the Bing toolbar. That messed up being able to connect to IE. I've reloaded the Bing toolbar. IE comes on but after 1-2 minutes gone again. Suggestions? Thanks Judy
