It doesnt look like it seems to be a software problem. Before my fresh install of windows 7 it used to do that a little bit. Since than its been getting worse.

Ok mate now I would like it if you did run those scans if only to shut me up and I see the CPU is a Sandy Bridge though I don't understand why you list the laptop CPU as being in a desktop??
So could you please also follow this
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine. Please include what antivirus program you are using.
(pretyped to save time)

Now if the CPU is a Sandy Bridge that tells me the machine is reasonably old - in today's terms because I have one myself and if that is so can you tell us if the hard drive is the original one too because even though you have done a clean install doesn't mean the drive is functioning properly so it might require testing itself.

I did list my cpu as being a mobile one. Dont know why it showed up as a desktop. Yes its a sandy bridge i5 2430m 2.4ghz. Anyways it is 5 years old but i got new 250gb hdd yesterday and its working like new. And obviously a fresh install of windows. But the internet problem is still here. I am starting to think its a bad wifi card.
