Solved Internet not working after clean install

I just clean installed windows 7 because my BCD was deleted and there was no way to recover it, now I can't connect to the internet

the internet works on my android and if I tether it to my PC

I tried pinging Google on cmd and it just said request timed out then sometimes it pings then again request timed out
anyone knows how to fix this?

no yellow triangles in device manager but there is on the pc icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and i use cable
