Works OK for me in IE9. I notice you're using FireFox. Could it be an FF issue?

Its not releated to your internet connection. This seems like the CSS cache is corrupted, I suggest cleaning the entire cache in FF

Im glad its all sorted!! Now is the time to make an image of your system drive!!! This will show you how to create a system image (clone) backup of the entire hard drive or partition that Windows 7 is on, and any other selected drive or partition, to be able to restore the hard drive or partition at boot up back to the way it was at the time the backup image was created.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/663-backup-complete-computer-create-image-backup.html?ltr=B

Doing a clone atm, takes time to write it on my usb 2.0 external :(

Thanks for all the help Tews.
