Interrobang shortcut.

I would very much like to have a keyboard shortcut to make the interrobang character that is now recognized in MS word and facebook: ‽

I have poked around a bit, and nothing has worked so far (character map and WinHotKey download both failed), and if anyone knew how to do this, I'd really appreciate it.

For Word you could add a new AutoCorrect Option.
