I ran a "deep optimize" on my system using the latest version of IOBit Smart Defrag on my laptop. For laptop specs, see quoted text. The specs listed on my account are that of my main desktop. I do realize that most of the hardware listed will not apply to my current issue, however I will be using the same list for all threads / posts regarding this laptop.
