Looking to run some iPad, iPod, and/or iPhone apps on my Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit PC. Was a similar post about three years ago however those links are not relevant now.. Free is the operative word here too! :p
I have checked to see if any of the apps have Windows versions; as of yet they do not...
Thanks in advance for any help!

There are no iOS emulators available, although you can find a few iOS simulators. An emulator would allow you to run real iOS and real iOS apps, whereas a simulator just creates an iOS like virtual machine.

One of the best know iOS simulators is iPadian, available at CNET. It does not allow you to install any real iOS apps but it has it's own AppStore where you can find look-a-likes (simulators) of some know iOS apps.

As a simulator, iPadian cannot be used for app testing. It is, like all simulators, just a toy.

Thanks very much Kaci! not quite the answer I was hoping for for however it allowed me to make a decision based on reality and NOT after trying the usual 20 solutions offered that end up being little more tan frustrating time-eaters, for me a very, very highly valued, succinct statement of 'it is what it is', which I appreciate almost as much as an instant pointing to a point of sale! I'm off to to CNET to see whats fun! Toy is good, right up there with ice cream!! Sincere thanks!

Apple would likely consider an iOS emulator a violation of their terms of service. Running Mac OS on non Apple hardware is such a violation. The creation of an emulator for a proprietary OS (which all from Apple are) is very problematic. Apple could do this but there is little reason why they would wish to do so.

yea ive set up virtual machines with mac os but the problem with running apps in the mac side is that its all ram based and any graphics is not taken in by the video card. not supported, u can play some games but its very bad qaulity and freezing. i tryd it for that one purpose. im waiting for a mac/microsoft genius to write a code for ios emulator.
