IRQL constant BSOD crash

I have been getting the BSOD nonstop. When logging into my password protected account, it stays up for about a minute or two before blue screening on me. For the main user account, it just BSOD's immediately after login.

Safe Mode also actually blue screens, but less so - I was able to attain the dump files and what not, so I can still open it.

I've also noticed I can't connect to the internet either - the network icon on the bottom right was always loading when I was able to log into either account. The internet doesn't work on Safe Mode either - not sure if that's always the case or not (sorry, not very tech savvy).

Windows popped up with this when I was able to login as well, if this helps at all:

- 64 bit
- Vista was originally installed, but I was able to attain a Windows 7 upgrade disk from Dell
- OEM

- The hardware is about 1 1/2 years old, the current OS is about the same

Sorry to bump this, but I really need to know if this issue can be resolved before I leave town this weekend. Any help that can be offered would be great.

Can anyone please, please help with this?

I need to know if I can salvage this hard drive before I trash this one and purchase a new one.
