IRQL is less than or not equal

Ok so when my HP DV5 comes out of hibernate or sleep mode it usually crashes. BSOD and gives me the IRQL message then reboots.

it creates a dump file but I have no way of reading it. this machine came with vista and I have upgraded it to windows 7.

Please help
