Is good enough for Windows media center

I want use a self build pc. The spec are
Asus motherboard Intel socket 775 2.6 quad core oc'ed to 3.1 16 gig of 1333 ddr3 ram and a Asus Nivida 9800gt graphic card. Would this system be good enough to run and play tv programs?

Yes. Some observation though, I gather this is with existing components otherwise it would make sense to go with a newer P67 board and i3 or i5 processor.
4gb ram will also be plenty.
The Asus board may very well have onboard video which should also be suffice, if not then add a video card, although it also depends on whether you connect to a tv and what connections are required.
