Is it possible to change the Start button graphic?

Is it possible to change the Start button graphic in the classic Windows theme. I searched a bit for a guide, but could only find guides for changing the orb, not the classic button. Or would that work the same way as it does with changing the orb?

Hmmm, it only changes the Start button if I'm in Windows 7 theme, but not on Windows Classic theme.

If you change the start button , it does not take effect in Classic and High Contrast themes ..... it's fact ! Never thought about it ..... as I never use those themes . But I may search the way .

Hmm, so it's not possible to change anything in the Classic theme at all?
