My friend and i are playing the same game in two different windows; but the computer only focuses on one of the windows and after a while the other one that's out of focus starts to lag. The game can be played at the full graphics without any lag, so why is this happening if the graphics is set at it's lowest in each window. So i just wanted to know if there's anyway at all to share the focus in windows 7.

No, but you might be able to help it along by adjusting the priority in Task Manager:

  1. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc is my favorite way)
  2. Switch to the Processes tab
  3. Right-click the one that lags
  4. Hover over "Set Priority"
  5. Choose "Above Normal"
I don't know what the result will be, so this is just an experiment that may or may not work.
