I started with a AMD 965be and still running it then bought a 8120 and it's a monster chip then I got an 3770k Intel and it's crazy good. Just starting to build a m-ITX build with a 3570k and I think I'll be very pleased. Bang for the buck AMD is still a great option....enjoy.
