Solved Is msn.com down?

Is MSN down? I am running IE 11. My MSN page says "No site configured at this address."

MSN is apparently down for some folks, although it works properly here on systems using my ISP's DNS servers (and I get what appears to be a valid msn.com page).

It's up on my Google Chrome browser. It's just down on my IE11 browser.

Again, working properly here, so perhaps Chrome is forcing the use of a secondary set of DNS servers? Failing a network trace it'd be hard to tell what's happening in your specific scenario.
