Solved Is my monitor dead?

LG Flatron W2234S, bought 12-13 years ago. I've been using it intensively and this year there were many glitches and artifacts, wondered if it's this or HD7770 GPU. Power button blinks since like half a year and it takes maybe 20 minutes to turn on the screen. BIOS works and post screen but there are weird dorts around certain letters like A or P. The screenshot shows a big pointer on Win7 installation menu. I upgraded my gpu much later so don't think it causes the problem. More like the monitor.

Sadly not. I can always return the new one if it's not that though.
