Is slipstreaming worth it, really to reinstall Windows 7?

Yes, not all of them, but i am sure almost all of them are still online and valid.

The thread links to a 'EN Win 7 ULT' ISO's and patches that will patch a 'EN Windows 7 Sp1 U' ISO and turn it into a full MD5 and SHA1 valid Lang ISO.
If you delete 'ei.cfg' which exists in the folder 'Sources' in the ISO, you can select any version which correspondents with your OEM Product Code.

If those are token down, we still have torrents to use [Always verify SHA1 hash], those can almost never be token down unless everyone who seeds the ISO stops seeding and the torrent file ends in oblivion.

Have a fine day ^^.

So it sounds like you aren't sure. I'm aware of the rest of what you say, I was simply asking since there doesn't seem to be a non torrent source for the ISO's that we used to link daily here.

Thanks.

Ah yes, my bad.

I meant i have tested the main Downloads and only 2 mirror's to patches such as 'Mega', but not all mirrors so i cannot say anythng about the rest.
But since they are linked on the main post in one of the most finest forum of projects, i am sure they are valid anyway, else the main poster would have removed those.

I hope that clears it up.

Have a good day ^^.

I don't see any links over there, except for others sharing them. The threads are still there but the actual digital river links are gone which was my question, Thanks anyway.

Hello derekimo,

I see, yes the thread for Digitalriver is kept for educational reference, none of the links work thanks to MS :(.
The downloads though on the 'SmartVersion patch's' thread for the EN Ultimate iso and patches which can be used to create any lang ISO are valid links, even if shared by Users.

I have checked the Sha1 myself.

Yeah, I was hoping for something we could safely recommend here, those would not work in that reference. I'm sure they work but we don't want to send folks to an unproven source.

Thanks anyway. :)

Pintree you must have some Win7 ISO if you've done the Clean Reinstall Windows 7 before. Which is it exactly? If not, where did it go?

If you'll write it to flash stick, I'll loan you my updated install.wim to replace in the Sources folder.
