Is there a way to do picture in picture?

It just occurred to me as I was browsing Netflix selections in WMC and it shut down the TV channel playing.

It would seem reasonable, with two tuners to be able to view two channels at a time... or maybe even browse the Netflix queue while watching TV, maybe even with two channels playing...

I know there would be a concern with system capabilities, but are there any technical hurdles to this? Is it available and I just don't know about it?

It would seem that the reception isn't an issue because I can watch TV while recording another channel, or record 2 channels while watching recorded tv... Therefore is it a display limitation? It would seem like Windows 7 should be able to show more than one video window, but this is the weak link from an outsider's observation...

I am not typically a big fan of multiple channels displayed, but there are times when it would be nice.

I just did a Google search, and on another forum saw the answer to my question...

The Picture in Picture function (whether in the same or different windows) in WMP does not exist, and has been requested as a new feature many times, for many years.

Thanks for the update. Although the hardware would support this feature (2 separate tuners), the software must also support it and, as yet, it doesn't.
