Is there a way to download from MS store?

I found it's not Win 7 compatible, yet I can browse it but download button is inactive:

I researched on the matter and learned I can fool a website about my OS version by modifying the browser headers.

I tried both ways - by means of browser add-on and directly manipulating as explained here https://www.howtogeek.com/113439/how-to-change-your-browsers-user-agent-without-installing-any-extensions/, on both Chrome and Firefox, this worked to turn on the button:

Yet when I click it Mozilla refuses to process it:

On Chrome the add-on did not manage to get around MS face control, direct edition of heathers in the developers мену ostensibly activated the button, yet left-click on it would do nothing. Right-click opens a blank page:

Is there at all any way I could bypass download restriction, after all that's freeware.

If there's no way to make it happen I'd really appreciate if someone with access to a win 8 engine can download and send me the app or upload it to some cloud storage, it's only 25 MB. If you wonder why I need non-compatible software - well, I found some solution said to make it run on a Win 7 http://www.iobit.com/en/iobit-winmetro.php

That iobit nonsense is just a skin - like a theme. It makes Windows 7 look like Windows 10, but doesn't provide the software platform to run apps.

3rd party coders have been doing this for years - make XP look like Vista etc. I've got Classic Shell on my Win10 that gives me a Win7 start menu ie no tiles, but it's still Win10 under the hood.

It actually says on that website 'Brings Windows 8 Metro UI to Win7, Vista, XP. Enjoy Windows 8 Metro UI without Upgrading Your System'.

UI means user interface ie what it looks like, without upgrading your system means exactly that.

What about the update for universal C runtime in Windows https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows? Can't this do the job?
