Windows 7 clock must work properly.
You could add a dozen clocks and it won't solve the problem.

You are referring to the motherboard bios battery. That what allows the bios and Windows 7 to keep time.

The batteries cost less than $4.00.
You will have to reset the time in bios and Windows 7 after changing the battery.

Windows just takes the time it shows in the taskbar from the system clock, powered by the PC battery. Any other software or even operating systems just do that, read and write the CMOS time. This is not a problem software can solve, you have a hardware problem and until you tackle on that, EVERY program reporting the system time WILL be wrong.

The only workaround I can think of is to leave a browser at a page showing a time like this one World Time Server: current local time and date in any zone. But those really show the time from some other computer other than yours.
