Is there similar piece of software to "XPlite" for Windows 7?

Hello,

I am looking to strip my Windows 7 Starter as much as possible, without reinstalling and using vLite/Win-Toolkit, etc. "XPlite" showed up (XPlite and 2000lite Uninstall Windows components.), but is for Windows XP. Does anyone know piece of software which can do a lot of the same for Windows 7?

nLite comes to mind. But if I'm looking for an alternative I'll use the alternativeto.net website. And LOL They only have one result using XPlite as a search query: NTLite.

For older software I'll use oldversion.com or oldapps.com

Hi,

To use NTlite/nlite/vLite it would require reinstalling the OS. I am not looking to reinstall my OS. XPLite can do most of what they can do without a reinstall.
