I hope this is the right forum to put this in.

I have Windows 7 Home. I've had MSE since I got my new computer in October 09. I have had it scan every night since then. It finally found three problems which are...

Exploit:Java/CVE-2008-5353.B
Trojan:Java/Selace.A
Trojan:Java/Selace.B
In MSE, the recommendation is to "Remove this software immediately." But it doesn't give any indication *how*. It has all three of these things quarantined. Does the fact that they are quarantined render them effectively removed? I've Googled these things and basically what I got was conflicting information that didn't really help me a whole lot.

In MSE on the History tab, clicking the button for "Quarantined items", you can check mark each entry with the option to remove. Will clicking "remove" actually remove them from the machine or just from quarantine? Or what?

As a side note, I updated Java on my machine this morning.
