my device manager reports that isatap adapter, isatap adapter#2 and teredo tuneling
adapter (Code 10), cant start because the drivers are out of date. Microsoft Support have
suggested that I search forums to find out were I can get the required drivers and a method to fit them. Don't suggest Driverpack Solutions, I've tried this and can't make it work anyway I can't speak Russian and got fed up asking for translation with every screen!

Isatap Driver

I believe those driver are installed via your OS. You can view them in device manager by checking show hidden devices.

You can try uninstalling you lan adapter and reinstalling it. If there is in fact a problem with it.

Here is a snip of my isatap adapter for one of my two lan cards. Take from clicking on properties in device manager.

Thank you Hammerhead for trying to help, but it was't necessary. I am quite old and not at all computer savvy and just after posting my request I was talking to a friend who suggested using "team viewer" I installed this programme and asked my own daughter in law (who is a computer expert) to help me. She took control of my computer and was able to tell me right away that I did not need an isatap adapter as it is only need for networking. So although my problem wasn't resolved, it didn't matter and I could forget about it.
