Hello guys,
I'll be short:
My computer is getting freezes for 6-7 months, I had no idea what was the problem so I started to do stuff. (sometimes it freezes daily, then it's gone for weeks, no idea why. I can live with it but would like to fix it)
First I did some stress tests, memtests, etc and nothing came up.
Then I started to switch parts, reinstall OS, multiple times, also updated BIOS, drivers.
I could write so much more what I've tried so far, but now I am 99.99% sure it's a driver-related issue, and I don't know how to trace it or fix it (I've tried driver verifier, found 1 driver (ndisrd.sys) which is a network-helper or something, but after trying the older/newer version of the driver I still got freezes).
So, if we think that only some of the drivers are causing this, what should I do? Please someone with experience give me steps or advice.
(The comp freeze means that only hard reset helps, the screen stops at the last frame and sometimes buzzing noise is coming from the speakers, mostly during games, but happened during youtube..)
My specs are:
2x4 GB RAM, corsair DDR3 1333Mhz
ASUS HD7870 GPU
Intel i7-3770k 2.5GHz CPU
1x SSD with the OS installed, 1x 1TB HDD with stuff on it
700W PSU, coolermaster
ASUS P8H77-M mobo
Also, here are 2 links to my old posts, if you need more information read them or ask me:
