Issues with Seek and Videos Stopping

As I play my videos on Windows Media Player it will stop half way through.

As I try to seek videos, it will completely cut out. The program did not crash, but it will start to play on the play bar, but no video is playing. Like its playing nothing.

It is doing it on both Windows Media Player and VLC.

I do have K-Lite Mega Pack for 64-Bit installed.

any suggestions?

My Computer:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
8GB RAM; 1 TB HDS
Everything is up to date concerning the Windows Update.
All Software is up to date on the system
Video Card: ATI Radeon 5000 Series with 1GB Dedicated.

Likely that the video is corrupt (if only a few videos are causing it), install "Metafox" and "drop" the file on its shortcut, should fix it or keep the playable portion of the file.
