Item Not Found: Could Not Find This Item

Hello! I've had a problem with a particular folder on my desktop for a while now and have finally decided to fix it.
There is a folder that has some thing to do with Camtasia 7 (Software for screen recording and video editing) stuck on my desktop that I can't delete/rename.

Welcome to Seven Forums numbers. Try a reboot to see if it goes away, or right click the desktop and then click Refresh.

I've tried both of those things, to no avail.

There's a link in my sig for MalwareBytes, Download the free (NOT TRIAL) edition and install and update it. Open the program to the More Tools menu which will bring you to File Assassin, Click Run tool and navigate to the folder to see if that will delete it.

Try http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html?ltr=T too and try deleting, if no joy, see the Tip there to allow you full control.

How to back up the registry
Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup (i.e.backup the current settings).
