Itunes - icon won't maximize

Yup, I've clicked the preview. As soon as I click the application icon to run the app, it seems to run in the background and goes straight to the taskbar, it has stopped appearing on the screen altogether

I just got finished going thru registry and I will bet thats wherre the open minimized problem is. First look in tutorial section for open maximized, if there isnt anything helpful there there is something that might help. Make sure you have a backup.

Un-install itunes, then run a reg cleaner like ccleaner on the reg. reboot and install itunes again.

The help did not have much, I even tried having the Aero Flip 3d... and click on the application that way... I could see it, but as soon as I clicked on it... it disappeared again.

I deinstalled ITunes completely, rebooted, ran ccleaner (new version), rebooted and installed ITunes... nothing changed....

Finally it works...

My system installed the Hotfix for Microsoft Windows (KB972260) and that corrected my problem.
