I've been hijacked. In dire need of help!

I bought my laptop from someone around the end of Feb. I noticed within a feel days that the computer was acting very weird like it already had a bad virus. I have a huge list of possible virus' & causes of getting infected that is so long I am going seriously crazy, because I'm doing my very best & more to fix all these issues!
After all my researching, these issues listed below is the best I can pin point & explain that I'm experiencing:

-I believe my devices have been hijacked (2 laptops, 2 smart phones) vis Cross Site Scripting (XSS)

-Both laptops have virus', but are ignored or passed by from anti virus???

-A lot of settings are always being changed. I manually disabled all things that allow any remote actions, yet I'm still seeing a lot of the remote process' showing in my COMODO KillSwitch.

-I have limited acces to change wifi/router settings to secure.

-There's powershells being created in in wrong files

-screen glitches every so often

-I've downloade a new browser 'Comodo' b/c explorer & chrome will NOT load ANY secure pages, but I still can't access secure websites except the 2 websites: Comodo & HT bridge AND... I'm really starting to believe that Comodo website was a fake & HT bridge might've been. So,... I basically haven't been able to access ANY secure websites at all... which is beyond pathetic.

I would love to be able to just wipe my laptops OS & do a clean install, but my laptop would require a special process to do a clean intall of win 7 ult 64 bit. I'm definetly not made of money, so spending more money is really NOT in my budget. I need real help & advice from an expert, no joke. I'm sick of people thinking they can help but end up failing & waisting both our time. If you require more info or have questions that are serious & legitimate, please respond. Thank you for your time. I'm sorry for sounding so pissed off... if you were me, you would probably feel the same. This is nearing the point of costing my home as my work is done all online.

As long as you have a genuine product key, you can clean install Windows 7 using this. Its free, easy and foolproof - read thoroughly before starting.

I'd also recommend doing a clean install to be absolutely sure your system is clean. If a PC is heavily infected it is almost impossible to get it all. Even if you do, you usually break something in the process and your system will have weird issues. That and you will always be wondering if you got it all.

Click the dark-blue button to download.

Save to the Desktop.

Close all windows and browsers.
Right-click the program, and select: Run as Administrator

At the program console, wait for the prescan to finish. (Under Status, it says: Prescan finished)

Press: SCAN

When done, a report opens on the Desktop: RKreport.txt

Please provide the RKreport.txt (Mode: Scan) in your reply.
