JNLP File exception error - win 7 enterprise [SOLVED]

hi, i got problem here when i'm trying to excecute JNLP file, in this case i'm login with administrator privilages, but when i'm try to login as a super administrator everything is just fine, i can excecute the JNLP files, i guess it is an security problem, well i'm gave the javaws.exe to execute always as administrator..
did u know what i must doing? i'm using a super administrator account is just in special case, normally i'm using different account

Try reinstalling Java.

i do, i even reinstalling my windows coz yesterday my windows was broken "disk error occured", so i reinstall the OS, also the java.. any other suggestion bro?
