Hey,
Regarding JumpLists for Windows Explorer (or any others that are relavant), do you not think the Pinned Catagory should appear under the Frequent Catagory.
I'm all for the JumpLists, but if I pin something shouldn't that mean I want quick access to it. So why put clutter between me and what I need.
I though Windows Seven was about getting rid of the clutter.
Just a though while writting this... isn't the entire layout of the JumpList wrong. Its seems like they've opted for a top to bottom layout when it should really be bottom to top.... what do you think?
When I open the JumpList the mouse is at the bottom of the list, so surely what ever I access more frequently should be at the bottom.
Im sure one of the last things you will be doing to your pinned item is unpinning it. Why is it soo close to the mouse. It should be right at the top.
Also, why are Windows Media Player controls in the thumbnail, shouldn't they be on the JumpList. Its slightly irritating waiting for that second untill the thumbnail pops up. They've got rid of the toolbar which allowed a one click access, but now its wait some time and then click.
Now if it was on the JumpList, hopefully at the bottom rather then the top, it would be 2 click.
Right now I find it much quicker to open Media Player and hit the Pause button on the app itself.
What do you guys think?
