Just need to know about usb flash drive

Can you make a usb flash drive bootable for Windows 7 with an another pc which isn't Windows 7? Because my acer aspire one happy d255 is stuck in boot after trying to load Linux mint 11

Have you tried pressing <Alt+F10> at boot up, to goto the Acer eRecovery Management.

I don't have a windows 7 install DVD/CD .... so how do I do this?

You could use a borrowed disc.

Or you could root around on the net and download the Windows 7 iso file from an official Microsoft partner and then burn that to a disc. We aren't allowed to provide the link to that partner on this forum, but it is legit. You will have to resort to your Google-fu.
