How far away are you from the access point? I am assuming this is a wireless connection. Typically "LIMITED ACCESS" means you are just at the range of the access point and you need to get a bit closer to the access point.

i am just one room away from the access point. however my sister's computer is near me and yet she dont encounter such problems. I am the only one in the family who encounter this problem.

When it comes up as limited access, have you tried right clicking on the Network icon and selecting 'Troubleshoot problems' ?

What happens when you move your computer a foot away from the access point?

When is the last time you rebooted your wireless router?

If you do this make sure you power down any PC or device that connects to the router. Then unplug the router from the wall socket and leave unplugged for a minute or so. Then plug the router back in.

It may be time to download the latest drivers from the vendors web site for your wireless network card. Install them an see if that resolves your problems.

What wireless software are you using to connect to your router? Windows 7's wireless software? The software that came with the router? Or what fujistu may have provioded? Windows 7 does a nice job for managing wireless. You might want to dump any third part software and just try Windows. I've had issues in the past with Linksys wireless software and when I dumped it and used Windows my machine connected just fine.
