Keep getting Blue screen error in windows 7 x64 Ultimate

I am using HP 450 G1 laptop. Lately I am keep getting blue screen error , sometimes its say MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error sometimes others. I do not know what is wrong. Here is the error mini dump.
Any help would be appreciated.
