Under Device Manager - Non plug and play drivers - Kernel mode driver framework has yellow exclamation
mark.

Microsoft 1.11.9200.16384 (win8_rtm.120725-1247)
I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Could someone tell me why I have this please?

Do you have setpoint installed for the mouse and all your chipset drivers up to date?
