Hi Everybody,

It's been a while since I had a pc which perfectly works. In order to resolve the problem myself, I did some stress tests about the components of my PC with AIDA64. All seems pretty ok except when it comes to graphics. When I test my GPU (1920x1080 + Antialiasing 2x MSAA), my pc end up crashing. It doesn't crash when I test it without the antialiasing.

This is an exemple of the Kernel issue :

Hello, Gktman and welcome to the forums. You do not have any dump files. Please make sure your computer is configured for Small Mini Dumps http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html. Are you having actual Blue Screens or is your computer just restarting? An Event ID 41 simply means your computer restarted unexpectedly.

Please reinstall your video drivers using this tutorial and install nothing except the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

Also, please add to your system specs at the bottom left of your last post, your PSU and CPU cooler. Please also add the Mqnufacturer and Model of the components. It helps us to help you. Having them in your system specs also keeps us from having to go hunt for them.

I noticed a couple of errors from your MSI GamingApp.

Also, please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Let us know if any of those helps any at all.

First, thanks for the quick reply.

I did everything you wanted but it's still crashing. By crashing, I mean the computer is rebooting without showing any blue screen. Nevertheless, windows creates a new critical error on the event, which is the same as the one I copied on my previous post; except for the date.

The scannow could not repair the damaged files. I joined the CBS.log

I made the system crash by stressing the GPU but, with the dumps enabled, I can't manage to obtain a dump.
I hope these new information can help.

Thanks again in advance,
Gktman

Go to Windows Update and in the left column select installed updates and search for KB3022345 and KB3068708. If they are there, uninstall them http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/24373-windows-update-uninstall-update.html. Watch for them to come back to be installed. Before they install, uncheck them then right click them and select hide.

After you uninstall those updates, run the sfc scan again.

Open an elevated command prompt like you did to run the scan, copy paste this into the command prompt and press enter

Code:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

It will put a sfcdetails.txt on your desktop. Right click it and select send to > compressed zip folder. Upload the zip folder here if it is under 8 MB. If it is over 8 MB upload it to One Drive or Dropbox and make it public and I will try to get someone to look at it.

I don't understand but I can stress my GPU gently without making it resulting in a Kernel error... If someone could explain me why, It would be great :P
I'll mark it as solved if It's not crashing for the next days.
Thanks Guys !

Edit: Now windows displays errors by telling me the nvidia driver can't respond
Edit 2 : When I want to stress intensly my GPU, the pc reboots with the Kernal error

With that error your system should be showing as non-genuine as well as any other problems you may have!

This looks almost as if the permissions on the file are wrong - or there is a disk error that affects that file only.

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands...

DIR C:\Windows\System32\sppcomapi.dll /S
ICACLS C:\Windows\System32\sppcomapi.dll
ATTRIB C:\Windows\System32\sppcomapi.dll

post the results...

Here are some instructions to make lifeeasier :)

1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs,Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.

2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on thehighlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.

3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit...'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

You have a 'Everybody/DENY' permission set on that file - and probably others as well.
The file is also missing the TrustedInstaller permissions required - and this may well indicate that the permissions on the System32 folder are incorrect, and the system will be incapable of updating properly.

I need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool

(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012)

Once saved, run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.

To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

The installed Key is the Default Key for Windows 7 Ultimate - and can NEVER be activated.
Someone has obviously attempted to work around activation and validation requirements by hacking individual files and permissions.
If you don't have a legitimate Product Key you have no license to use Windows - and your only option is to purchase a new Windows installation and clean install that.
