Bios, chipset and drivers up to date. What is the problem?

the kernel power errors are generated when the system freezes BSOD's and has to be hard rest it means the system had a power event that was not correct improper shutdown it in itself is not the issue are there any other errors in the event viewer flagged in red

post more info for me other event ID's in red in the event viewer? hardware changes weird things happen that sort of thing also make sure the machine is free of infection also read all the posts in this thread it may give you some ideas of things to check as discussed here get back to me with more info

Power supply

your power supply is not really a good unit for a large video card the wattage is barley enough and I am sure that that does not deliver enough amperage on the +12 volt rail
