The dump file is a STOP 0x124 error - it's the result of your CPU catching an error and passing it to Windows. Although the dump file can be interpreted, it's difficult and the results aren't specific enough to help.

This is normally the result of:
- hardware failure
- hardware or driver incompatibility
- driver corruption

Event 41 Task 63 is a show stopper. You'll read countless postings by people who say they've "fixed it"..... Read more postings. All they do is make it go away for awhile. It's not hardware, it's not software. It's the OS.

It hits any type of Win7 computer, clone or manf. Not trying to be depressing, but I wasted 60+ man hours on this and it's another MS issue that they don't want to talk about.

In reality, I DID SOLVE IT! I have 2 ASUS and 1 MSI board running Linux w/0% issues. If I do a clean install of any Win7 system on these 3 boards and load NOTHING else, within minutes 1,2, and/or 3 will lock up w/Event 41. You can switch OS's or wait for Win 8 (which might actually fix this nightmare)

after you go thru every h/w swap and s/w reload known to man, you'll notice IT COMES BACK!!

Remember, the soltutions they offer may not/will not/won't last for you.

Trust Me and/or read the 170 million google postings.... just load the OS on a different MB ... it's your best chance.
