I have an issue thats driving me crazy with outlook. I got a new keyboard and i am constantly having my emails that i am in the process of typing either sent to drafts or deleted. I am hitting some key combos obviously, and since this wasn't an issue with my old KB it's likely to be assumed this one has some special function the other didn't have. It DOES have a function key but i disabled that. So the only other thing it can be is windows or office related shortcuts, but i have searched outlooks help for keyboard shortcuts (there are TONS) and could not find a key combo to delete a new message u r composing or one to send it to drafts. I saw somewhere in a google search on this issue a couple combos said to send to drafts but they didn't work. And by the way, i think the reason this is happening with this new KB is because the old w=one was full size while this is miniaturized so i tend to hit keys by accident a lot more.

So has anybody got and idea what key combo i could be hitting that is sending my compositions to drafts or deleting them? On a side note if you delete one the normal way it always prompts you to ask if you want to delete. This key combo whatever it is just deletes them w/o asking. The send to drafts one doesn't ask either, and that by the way is the one that happens most. Sometimes 2 or 4 times during a email i'm composing. You wanna define the word frustrating, thats the definition right there !!!

What brand of keyboard is it?. If you don't know what key combinations you are hitting then it will be very difficult to know what is causing your problems. Sometimes just hitting adjacent keys together can cause some strange behaviour.

A silly suggestion would be to go back to a full sized keyboard again, but it may end up being the only solution.

Thats not an option for reasons too longwinded to go into. I know its some combination, but i have no idea what it is. I even tried hitting the keys i was typing when it happened and trying to hit those around them i may have hit by accident. Anyways, i asked hoping someone would know what combinations might be involved by suggesting various sets of combinations rendered by various sources,...IE: windows, outlook, whatever else i might be missing. i don't see how the keyboard itself could be the cause because i disabled the only proprietary set by disabling the FN key. Other then that the manual shows no other special functions. Anyways, it's a SIIG slim duo wiresless mouse/keyboard combo.
