Keyboards do not respond but device manager says working properly

I`ve tried three different keyboards, wireless and USB. None will work. Only mouse does.

First thoughts would be a driver problem,

Can you go
ControlPanel>device manager, see if any have a small black down arrow, like the 1 in the screenshot,
If so Right click on it and update it
