Kicked to Desktop While Gaming

Recently while playing games online and a few on Steam in Offline mode, I will be kicked back to the Browser if left open or the desktop. I have run all scans, Defraged...ect, ect,ect... it all started after a microsoft update I THINK ? anyone have any ideas? I would greatly appreciate any help as I am pretty much computer illiterate......Thanks in advance.

Hi Joedoc973 and welcome to the Forum.
When you update your operating system, System Restore should create a System Restore Point BEFORE running the update. Go to System Restore and see if you can restore to a point before the update!

looks like a memory issue try disabling all your programs on startup and just have the firewall running
