kicking intruders off network

I have accessed my router configuration page and I have noticed that there are 3 devices on my network when I only have 2. I wanna know how would I disconnect this additional device that has invaded my network. I attempted to change my password needed to log into my router(paraphrase key) but I ran into some complications after doing that and now I am looking for a different way of doing it.

There may be free ways of doing this, but I've found that Who's on my Wifi is a great product that simplifies this. You do a scan with it and it finds all devices on your local network. It's then one click to disable any device and prevent it from accessing your network again.
