"Label@Once 1.0" and Movie Maker

Hello,
For a while now I've been having a problem with this "Label@once 1.0" app (which is Corel software). If I recall correctly it came as a trial for my Toshiba when I first got it.

So, whenever I try to save a Movie Maker movie with some different sound file type (anything other than .m4a) it will pop up.

On top of this it also pops up when installing certain games, which actually prevents the installation.

The software trial was removed from my PC ages ago and yet it still affects certain parts of the computer.

Is this some codec issue? I've got Shark007 codecs installed however I'm unsure if it is actually set up correctly, although it is supposed to work from the moment it's installed. It could be that the Shark007 codecs are in fact working correctly but this Label@Once 1.0 crap is taking priority.

Label@Once as you said is from Corel. Based on what you said about the trial having been removed yet it still tries loading when doing some tasks it's obvious that some associations are still intact to that application. You might query Corel or their website as to how to get rid of the remnants. I am attaching a screen shot of the description of what the program was meant to do. The description indicates it is a labeling app for burning labels onto DVD's. On the same site there is a download for a removal tool, I would recommend NOT TOUCHING THAT. Good luck.

Yeah so I queried them, and they didn't respond, I guess they aren't exactly in a hurry to help anyone remove their software, but I'm sure they would help anyone install it :/

Really dunno what to do, maybe they made it like this on purpose so you'd give in a get their software. Boy do I hate pre-installed bloatware...

Anyone have any other ideas?

OverEight, I am no expert, but if you have the time to spare, see if your Movie Making application preferences has a setting geared toward what application it might point with regard to burning/printing a label. If it does, see if you can make some change there. Like i said , no expert but I sure as hell will try.
