Hello all:),
my laptop lag and spike sometime, i don't know what thing cause that,
my cpu usage is not high and memory too, im so confuse:confused:.
I'm use this laptop for study only, it make me so hard to type words,
please help me:cry:, below my detail!

CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:04:01 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

Computer name: ANONYMOUS
OS version: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 6.1, build: 7601 (x64)
Hardware: Satellite L745, TOSHIBA, Intel Corp., Base Board Product Name
CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz
Logical processors: 4

CPU SPEED
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Reported CPU speed: 2494.0 MHz
Measured CPU speed: 529.0 MHz (approx.)

Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 4642.194295
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 15.145728

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 4544.079293
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 7.031178

REPORTED ISRs
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Interrupt service routines are routines installed by the OS and device drivers that execute in response to a hardware interrupt signal.

Highest ISR routine execution time (µs): 127.139936
Driver with highest ISR routine execution time: dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation

Highest reported total ISR routine time (%): 0.112436
Driver with highest ISR total time: dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation

Total time spent in ISRs (%) 0.209475

ISR count (execution time <250 µs): 125587
ISR count (execution time 250-500 µs): 0
ISR count (execution time 500-999 µs): 0

REPORTED DPCs
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
DPC routines are part of the interrupt servicing dispatch mechanism and disable the possibility for a process to utilize the CPU while it is interrupted until the DPC has finished execution.

Highest DPC routine execution time (µs): 5644.065758
Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: ndis.sys - NDIS 6.20 driver, Microsoft Corporation

Highest reported total DPC routine time (%): 0.156569

DPC count (execution time 250-500 µs): 0
DPC count (execution time 500-999 µs): 2617
DPC count (execution time 1000-1999 µs): 0
DPC count (execution time 2000-3999 µs): 0
DPC count (execution time >=4000 µs): 0

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: avp.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 451
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 431
Highest hard pagefault resolution time (µs): 3949925.020048
Total time spent in hard pagefaults (%): 2.419362
Number of processes hit: 5

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Use Clean boot,
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html
Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
Cheers.

Sorry for late reply:geek:, Thnx for reply ThrashZone:thumbsup:.

Firstly i do what been suggested clean boot, but it still same,
i run full scan my laptop with anti-virus and other like tdsskill, combofix, JRT, rkill, HijackThis
in normal and safe mode, some detection and unknow program found, then remove some of it.
I run my OS again and it improve a little bit.

So here thing i do after that:
- Reinstall some program
- Remove unnecessary program
- Scan and fix HDD https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2641432
- Update BIOS [Toshiba] ACPI Flash BIOS version 2.70 for Satellite/Sat Pro L640/L645/L745 (PSK0G*/H*/L* PSK6V*)
- Change memory Ram slot [remove 1 gb card] now only 4 gb memory Ram
- Replace CPU thermal compound
- Clean fan\dust in laptop (piece by piece)

After that the problem gone:geek:, maybe the the problem come from hardware related!

If any body has the same problem please try my step! Maybe it can solve your problem!

Btw thnx for your courtesy, sorry for my bad english, regard Potti.
