Language bar

I am a new member here and I want to state that I know very little about computers. I am also 72 years old and a little slow at understanding computer terms.

Two weeks ago my computer was upgraded to Windows 7 and so far, so good.

Now to my question.

I turned off my language bar by mistake and I do not know how to turn
it back on.

I installed a German keyboard and I had an icon on the task bar. It
let me switch between the English and the German keyboard. By mistake
I turned the thing off. The icon is gone. I want it back, but I do not
know how to get it back.

I checked under Region and Languages in the Control Panel and the
keyboard is still there. There is nothing to tell me how to get the
icon back into the task bar.

Can someone please help me?

Frustrated,
Inge

Thanks a million. It was easy indeed, but I did not know.

You guys are super. I got my language bar back.

Happy again in Niagara Falls,
Inge

I would like to mark it solved, but for the life of mine, I cannot find the pre-fix window.

Sorry,
Inge
