Laptop Display not visible after vga disconnected

I have tried the windows key and p to switch to disconnect projector. The laptop screen works fine when plugged into external monitor but when I unplug it its blank. Currently running windows 7. says the mobile pc is main display. When computer first starts up it shows the window logo like a normal start up then goes blank until a monitor is hooked up. Please help. Can give more details if need be

Im not sure what that saya, but on my computer it shows as pc laptop display 1.

Don`t worry about what mine says ( silly ) does it show more then 1 monitor for your pc ? Have you fixed it ??????
