Also, I cat try the "Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start" guide yet because I don't have access to another computer to download all the programs they want me to try... So I have to try that on Friday when Im back home...

is system32 still there?

is config still there?

But I can't get to the config folder... It just says that "the system cannot find the path specified"

You could also try

 CD %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\CONFIG

For other supporters: #26 C is boot partition, has a valid bootmenu. Win7 is also on C.
Don't use %systemroot% in the commands. He is winpe and not in win7 itself!
