Hi, Yes that is quite possible however you are going to need access to another computer in order to create a bootable USB flash drive with either a Windows Recovery Disk on it or a Partition Magic boot iso...

Me or somebody else reading will be able to give you details on how to do that, the methods and options vary though according to exactly what it is you wish to achieve other than a reformat, once we know the details then someone will be able to help.

Easiest would be from the recovery partition. What is the make of your laptop. Need to know that because the procedures vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Always remember this when you're using a laptop. Install a wrong Driver on your laptop and you might need to re-do the entire windows installation as well.
