Laptop stuck in boot loop - can't enter safe mode

Hey everybody!
I just bought an Asus U31S laptop a couple of weeks ago for school and all was great until today. It suddenly crashed and gave BSOD. I was just on youtube or something, nothing special, but it had been running for a few hours.
So now it won't boot up, it simply reboots constantly. I can't even get into safe mode. BIOS I can get into, but I'm unable to do anything, since it appears to freeze, when I get in there.
I searched for a solution, but so far I've been unable to find one. Any suggestions?

I can't boot from a CD, since there isn't an optical drive in the computer. And I don't think it would help anyway, since I can't change boot priorities.

Does the system not have a built in recovery feature then?
This could start to get complicated quickly if you truly have no control over the boot order.

Hi, I have the same issue with my Dell laptop. I when I shut my laptop down it automatically updated vista and then after when I tried to turn in back on it was stuck in a loop of rebooting. Repair isn't working, Safe mode isn't working command prompt isn't working and I don't have a CD drive to reinstall the system. Although, I do have a USB port is there a way I could start my laptop using that? Thanks.

I don't think think I'm able to access a recovery feature, so I'm kind of lost. Guess I'll have to return it and let the store fix it then.

if it freezes when in BIOS, then yes, returning it is a good idea. I smell that repairs could get expensive. Thankfully it's pretty new so it's well into any warranty, so you won't pay for them.

Hi again, I fixed my laptop from earlier it was stuck in loop of rebooting and I had no CD drive and couldn't access safe mode. You can transfer the Windows 7 reinstallation DVD that came with your laptop to a USB if you follow the steps at

Installing Windows 7 from a flash drive – faster and more convenient | Cloudeight Information Avenue

or

Install Windows Vista from Bootable USB Flash Memory Drive

make sure you have 4 or 5gbs on the USB. Wish you luck!
